Philippians 4:6-7 tells us not worry and to pray about everything, and that God through Jesus Christ will give us peace. We all have things we go through in life, and holding onto them will cause us to feel heavy. We have to give those things to God. Use this journal to write out those prayers and submit those issues to the LORD.
