Psalm 63:3-5
"Your unfailing love is better than life itself; how I praise You!4 I will praise You as long as I live,lifting up my hands to You in prayer.5 You satisfy me more than the richest feast.I will praise You with songs of joy."
As you read this psalm... do you wonder how David (the writer) got there?
To this place of worship and praise... to this place where he knows that the unfailing love of God is better than life itself!!
Today talk to God about this place where David was. If you do not know the words to say here is a guided prayer :
"Father God, I see the way David prayed and worship you, and Lord I want to be in that place of worship and praise. I want to have the knowledge that David had about Your love.. about who You are and how You feel about us. Help me get to that place Lord. Reveal Your unfailing love to me, and who You are. Forgive me for my sins and please lead me.. in Jesus name, Amen."
Now that you have prayed about it, believe God heard you concerning it and be watchful to the ways He will answer you and show you who He is and His love for you. In the meantime, thank Him in advance.
